Receive & Pay Invoice

We’ll email your invoice (rental + damage deposit). Pay securely and reply with proof — include your ref code in the payment description.

Booking Confirmed

After verification, you’ll get a confirmation email. Your event is locked on the calendar with your ref code.

Post-Event Inspection

We inspect the venue. If no damage is found, your full deposit is returned within 48 hours.
