Please read these terms carefully. By confirming a reservation, you agree to these binding conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to our auditorium reservation platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern all reservations and use of the facilities and services provided by [Your Company Name].

2. User Obligations

  • Compliance: Respect all posted terms, facility rules, local laws, and regulations. Any unlawful use is strictly prohibited.
  • Accurate Information: Provide honest, current, and accurate information during the booking process, including event purpose and expected number of guests.
  • Damage Reporting: The customer must inspect the premises upon arrival and report any existing issues or damages promptly to management. Failure to report damages may result in the customer being held responsible.
  • Capacity Limits: The number of guests must not exceed the stated fire code capacity of the auditorium (300 persons).

3. Fees and Payments

All fees are specified in the reservation summary. Payments must be processed in full prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Daily Rate: The rental cost is based on the selected duration (2 hours, 6 hours, All Day) and the number of days reserved.
  • Damage Deposit: A refundable **$300.00 Damage Deposit** is required for all bookings. This deposit will be returned within seven (7) business days following the event, provided no damages to the property or equipment are found.
  • Late Payment: Failure to pay outstanding balances by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund of any initial payments made.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancellations@auditorium.com.

  • More than 30 days prior: Full refund of the rental fee (100%), excluding any non-refundable processing fees.
  • 14 to 30 days prior: 50% refund of the rental fee.
  • Less than 14 days prior: No refund of the rental fee. The damage deposit is always fully refundable upon cancellation, regardless of the notice period.

5. Indemnity and Liability

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Company Name] against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's use of the facility. [Your Company Name] is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property occurring on the premises.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State/Country where the auditorium is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
